The 3M Speedglas SL (Super Light) welding helmet provides the legendary Speedglas optic performance, with a completely assembled weight of just 13 oz. The Speedglas welding helmet also features an all-new headband design and a state-of-the-art liquid crystal design. Easy back and forth adjustments of shield add to the comfort. The user can also tilt the helmet to the preferred angle.

The auto-darkening fiter features a light state shade of 3 and a dark shade range of 8-12. the ADF incorporates a patented auto on/off motion sensing technology that turns on the arc detection circuit the instant it is handled. In addition, the filter's batteries are replaceable, unlike many competitive auto-dark filters which must be discarded when their batteries are depleted. Use the 3M Speedglas SL with all arc welding processes: Stick, MIG, and TIG.
