These winter hard hat liners have a 100% quilted blue nylon shell, a foam middle, and red fleece lining for extra warmth and comfort. The nylon knit outer and all bindings are flame retardant until washed. Linings and fasteners are flame resistant, with wind blocking material, and reflective strip. These hard hat liners are made with elastic strips in the forehead area and under the chin to keep the liner snug against the face.
