How to Order Customized Products
With our top-quality custom imprinting service, you can have your company name, logo, or slogan printed or embroidered on a variety of products - accurately and quickly.

Ordering customized products is easier than you think, and can be done in a few easy steps:
Step 1: Choose your product and any preferred item options (size, color, etc.)
Step 2: Determine the quantity to be printed
In most cases, there is a minimum order for imprinted items. Give us an estimate and we will work with you to meet your needs.
Step 3: Determine the location(s) of your logo
Your logo can be printed on many different locations, depending on the product at hand. Choose the location(s) that best suit your needs:
Examples: Front, Back, Left Side, Right Side, Right Chest, Etc.
Step 4: Submit your information and artwork for review and quotation
Once you've completed the previous steps, please submit the following information to email@example.com:
- Item Part number(s) and options (size, color), if applicable
- Quantity desired
- Location(s) of logo
- Your contact information: Name, Phone Number
- Logo artwork in electronic format
- Once we receive your information, we will provide you with a price quote for approval.
For the best quality, vector artwork is the best type of image to submit (AI, EPS). Other formats (jpeg, tiff, gif, bmp, pdf) are acceptable, but please be aware that fine details are often lost because the image is made of small pixels. If you do need to submit a format other than .AI or .EPS, high resolution is always best (300dpi).
We will attempt to color match each logo as requested. Please provide a specific PMS (PANTONE Matching System) number/color when submitting the order. Color guides are available online, but you must keep in mind that every monitor shows color differently and these should only be used as a rough estimate.
Step 5: Proofing & Printing
Once your quote is approved we will submit your order to the appropriate manufacturer to receive a proof. On average, it takes 2-3 days to get a proof. Once you approve the proof, we will place your order.
Typical turnaround time from this point is 2 weeks.
All custom work must be prepaid in advance. All custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable. Orders may not be cancelled once artwork proof has been approved. Changes may not be made after artwork proof has been approved except possibly to quantities to be printed (may be increased).
